Graduated from Duperré School of Applied Arts, Geraldine Gonzalez was a shoe stylist before devoting herself to sculpture. The artist evolves in a world that constantly plays with in-utility object and treasure but where, however, the functional is not absent. The light materials that send back or let the light through are honored : paper, mother-of-pearl, crystal, glitter ... bring her all the desired qualities of transparency and lightness. The encounter with the crystal, which she owes to a Baccarat order, marks a turning point in her work.

From then on, the work borrows from the baroque its fantasy and its preciousness. Each piece is unique, designed and then modeled in three dimensions by hand. His pieces capture light so well that they create a climate of weightlessness. Geraldine Gonzalez lays the groundwork on both sides of carefully defined artistic territories presenting a kinship with unclassifiable artists like Jeanine Janet or Jean Cocteau.

She collaborated with Christian Lacroix, Sonia Rykiel, Chantal Thomass, Baccarat, Van Cleef & Arpels, Givenchy and Kenzo. Her creations have also found their place at Guerlain, Chanel, Bon Marché, Printemps Haussmann, Galleries Lafayette, Liberty (London) or John Derian Company, and Bergdorf Goodman (New York). Some pieces can be seen at the Palace Hotel Merano (Italy) and the Imperial Pacific Resort Hotel (Saipan).

She also ventures into film sets, with "Gainsbourg, A Heroic Life" by Joann Sfar.

Geraldine Gonzalez has exhibited in several galleries: Galerie Epoca, Galerie Joyce, Salon Gallery, Maison Parisienne, and Progress Gallery. An oversized luminous crystal « Chair » and « Flammes de cristal » sconces were acquired by the Francisque-Mandet Museum in Riom. « The Ombrelle »  in luminous crystal was acquired by the Museum of Decorative Arts of Namur, Groesbeeck - de Croix Hotel.
